Rebecca is Associate Senior Consultant and strategy consultant with 15 years of experience developing and implementing strategies, designing operating models and leading business transformations in the private, public and third sectors.
She has a passion for international development and a special interest in gender equality. What sets her apart is her background as former Director of Strategy at Plan International, combined with years of experience in management consulting at Accenture and PA Consulting as well as artificial intelligence training from MIT.
Having held the role of Strategy Director at Plan International, she understands the social impact sector, its challenges and the nuanced approaches needed to drive impactful change - from donor expectations to diversified funding portfolios, from digitalization to artificial intelligence, from evidence-based decision-making, to youth-centered advocacy to government reform.
