Johanne Merrild Schrøder is employed at LEAD as a project consultant, where she is based at the office in Copenhagen. Johanne is affiliated with the management development area, where she supports the consultants in their daily work. Her primary role is to support Chief Consultant Maja Nyeboe Bjerrehus.

Johanne studies psychology at the University of Copenhagen. Her psychology studies have given her a broad theoretical knowledge of human well-being and behavior, as well as a deeper insight into work and organizational psychology. A knowledge and insight that Johanne brings into play in her work at LEAD - enter next level.

Johanne is particularly interested in leadership development, psychological safety and what motivates and creates effective and engaged employees.
