Christian is an expert in leadership development (team development, change management ect.) and simulation and learning architecture design.
He is an entrepreneur and the creator of several companies and products. Christian has developed designs for organizational learning and development since 2003, for eksample the globally used concept and planning game “Changesetter”. He has also published a detailed ludography of training and learning games, and several Danish and English articles on management and organizational development.
Christian Harpelund has written different papers and articles. His background is MsC in Organizational Psychology and he holds an authorization as a psychology practitioner from the Social Ministry of Denmark.
