What is leadership coaching?

Leadership coaching is a deep, theoretically grounded conversational method based on principles of open and honest dialogue. The approach prioritizes a structured yet present conversation format designed to promote the coachee’s personal and professional development. In this type of coaching, the coach may either maintain a neutral stance or act as an active partner—whichever best serves the process and helps the coachee achieve their goals.

In recent years, leadership coaching has gained significant popularity, especially among executives in private and public organizations. This rise reflects a growing need to develop leaders—both current and future—so they are better equipped to handle today’s challenges. LEAD’s approach to leadership coaching

Our approach to leadership coaching differs from traditional coaching in both form and purpose.
