From prompting to management

There are many courses on how to prompt. But there are few targeted offers for managers who want to learn more about leading AI. The need is both great and evident. Because no matter what AI guidelines your organization has in place, some of your employees are applying AI to work-related tasks as you read this. The masterclass based on massive experience and latest research

LEAD bases this masterclass on extensive experience, including a study in the administrative area of public authorities that included surveys of hundreds of employees and workshops with dozens of employees and managers. The results showed, among other things, that leaders must be able to manage five archetypes of employees to get everyone on board. And this requires a management approach that takes into account the vast differences between employee types.

LEAD also bases the masterclass on the latest research. For example, international researchers find that AI makes employees both lonelier and more helpful. How do leaders counter loneliness and how do leaders promote helpfulness? And how does the leader do both so that it helps the organization's goals?

Per Eeg

Area Director and Partner

Per is an expert in leadership and digitalization and author of the critically acclaimed book Ledelse i den digitale jungle. A handbook on digitalization for public leaders, published in January 2024.

Per is a sought-after speaker and debater and has, among other things, appeared in panel debates on the management of AI in DJØF and under the auspices of Dansk IT.

Per teaches management of digitalization and AI under the auspices of LEAD, KL and in a number of management networks.

Kaare Pedersen

PhD and partner

Kaare is an expert in leadership, organization and digitalization. He works with strategies and transformation as well as with implementation and benefit realization close to everyday life.

Kaare has been a consultant in an analysis of generative artificial intelligence for Fremfærd, run by KL and HK.

Kaare has also been the program manager for the Municipal Technology Partnership, which has helped 34 municipalities implement four technologies.

Andreas Fricke Møller

Chief consultant and external associate professor at Cand.IT, Aalborg University
