Victoria is an international HR advisor with over 20 years of leadership experience across the UN and humanitarian sectors. Since 2025, she has operated as a strategic consultant, delivering high-impact assignments for a range of UN agencies and international NGOs, focusing on people strategy, leadership and organisational reviews.
Victoria offers expertise in HR transformation, organisational design, and change management. She is adept at aligning complex global structures with strategic goals, ensuring that institutional shifts are both sustainable and people-centred.
Prior to her consultancy work, Victoria served as Deputy Director of People and Culture at UNOPS, where she led global HR and Talent management strategies and digital transformation for a workforce of 10,000 people across 130 countries. Throughout her career, she has steered large-scale projects on leadership and organizational culture, partnered with leadership teams in global and regional contexts, and has led UN Inter-agency work on a range of HR topics.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and certified in Team & Systemic Coaching from Henley Business School, Victoria is a firm believer in the power of creating dedicated space for leadership teams to tackle strategic issues and deepen collaboration. As an ICF accredited executive coach, she brings a blend of strategic HR expertise and a coaching-led approach to help organizations navigate transitions while ensuring people strategies remain inclusive and high-performing.
