Valdemar Spring

Valdemar is a management consultant with expertise in leadership development, team performance, HR development, and data-based organizational development. He helps managers and HR departments strengthen their skills, create well-functioning teams, and promote development and well-being.

With experience from strategic HR work in international companies, Valdemar has advised and trained managers and HR specialists globally through sparring, workshops, and courses. He has also developed HR initiatives and led projects in areas such as recruitment, diversity & inclusion, and well-being.

His analytical approach and experience in people analytics enable him to help organizations find data-driven solutions. He has conducted organizational analyses that map organizational issues, identify development needs, and support strategic decisions.

As a teacher, he translates research and theory into practice and engages participants through interactive courses. He has taught everyone from experienced managers and HR teams to entrepreneurs, volunteers, and university students at the University of Copenhagen on topics such as psychosocial work environment, HR, leadership, and team performance.

He is passionate about uniting research and practice, as evidenced by his publication of research-based articles on leadership, teams, and diversity, as well as his previous work in management research at Copenhagen Business School, where he translated research into concrete management tools for entrepreneurs.

Valdemar is a trained business psychologist and certified in People Test System’s psychometric tools, which he uses for leadership development and coaching.
