Tine Bækgaard Hansen

Tine is responsible for LEAD’s Bid and Business Development Department. Drawing on a broad network within the organisation, she manages LEAD’s end-to-end proposal processes. With one foot in the field of business administration and the other in design, Tine works systematically to conceptualise complex research-based themes in ways that create value for the client and their specific context. She is passionate about effective processes and continuously works to optimise the efficiency of LEAD’s tendering and proposal workflows. 

Tine has a background as a designer and project manager and has previously worked with project management and facilitation both nationally and internationally.
