Thor is a Partner and Chairman of the Board at LEAD. He supports public and private organizations in designing and implementing complex development initiatives for leaders, employees, and organizations. Thor serves as a strategic advisor, process consultant, and lecturer, and is the author of several of the most widely used leadership books in Denmark.

- Nearly 30 years of experience as a management consultant, organizational psychologist, and strategic advisor.
- 10 years of research experience as an associate professor at Aalborg University, focusing on leadership, effective leadership teams, and coherent leadership organizations
- Knowledge from several of the most widely used leadership books in Denmark, including Leadership Pipeline in the Public Sector, Effective Leadership Teams, Leadership-Based Coaching, The Leader as Team Coach, and Team-Based Organizations in Theory and Practice,as well as approximately 100 articles on leadership and organizational development
Thor co-founded LEAD in 2013 with Claus Elmholdt and Kristian Dahl. Today, Thor serves as Chairman of the Board and plays a central role in LEAD’s leadership and strategic development.

Executive Conferences in 2014 and 2016
The Danish Ministry of Finance is responsible for the overall economic and managerial governance and development of the public sector in Denmark, in line with the sitting government’s political strategy.
In recent years, Thor – together with Kristian Dahl – has been the Ministry’s preferred partner for the design and delivery of executive and senior leadership conferences. These conferences have focused on both politically strategic themes and leadership development. Their role has included planning, process facilitation, and delivering keynote presentations.
