Sophie Amalie Schøn
Sophie works as a Project Consultant in LEAD’s international department, where she plays a key role in supporting both directors and partners across complex development and client engagements.
She contributes across projects with tasks ranging from preparing presentations and facilitating workshops to operational coordination, financial follow‑up, and ongoing client communication.
Alongside her role at LEAD, Sophie is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology at Copenhagen Business School (CBS), specializing in strategy, management, and organizational processes. As part of her studies, she spent a semester abroad at the University of Toronto, Rotman Commerce, where she focused on strategic management, leading across differences, and a range of international management courses.
Previously, Sophie worked at Allianz Trade, where she led the development of an international onboarding app and gained experience working with well‑being initiatives, analytical tasks, and financial processes in an international setting.
As a former elite swimmer, Sophie brings a strong professional and personal foundation characterized by discipline, perseverance, and the ability to maintain clarity and high quality under pressure – competencies she actively applies in her role as a Project Consultant at LEAD.
