Rikke Lindekilde

With more than 20 years of experience as a business psychologist, Rikke has built extensive expertise across all organizational levels in both the public and private sectors. Her current work focuses on the development of leaders, businesses, and organizations. 

In recent years, Rikke has been particularly engaged in supporting organizations through mergers, with a focus on leadership alignment, staffing and development, as well as cultural integration. She has a strong ability to create cohesion between business strategy and organizational design. She brings substantial experience from the energy and utilities sector. In addition, Rikke has worked with a wide range of clients – from high-profile international organizations such as the EU, Grundfos, and LEGO to danish national government agencies and smaller municipal entities. 

Approach

Rikke is skilled at strategically involving stakeholders and navigating complex decision-making processes. In addition to her work in group and organizational development, she is also deeply engaged in individual leadership development and career coaching. She has built a wide range of coaching competencies and applies an intensive, dynamic coaching style that integrates strategic thinking with psychological and emotional insight. 

Rikke holds particular expertise in virtual leadership and hybrid working models, where she provides valuable tools and insights to strengthen leadership and collaboration in modern organizations. She is both editor and author of the book “Hybrid Working Models: From Onsite Presence to Flexible Organization.” 

Academic Background

Rikke earned an industrial PhD at Grundfos, where her research focused on the role of mindset in virtual leadership and collaboration. Her research has also taken her to Stanford University and USF as a visiting scholar.
