Per Gulløv Lundh Eeg

Per is passionate about developing the welfare state through collaboration between civil society, the private sector, and the public sector. His mission is to help unlock the potential of cross-sector cooperation – often leveraging digitalization as a key driver. 

Per has extensive leadership experience as a leader of employees, leader of leaders, and top executive from his roles in Local Government Denmark (KL), the danish state, and the private sector. In addition, Per has held board positions, including chairman of a self-governing specialized institution and a theater. 

Per also has long-standing experience as a consultant. Prior to joining LEAD+, he ran his own consultancy business. Before that, he was head of 128 consultants at Devoteam Management Consulting and has worked as a consultant at KL’s consulting firm KLK (now Komponent). 

He has advised the danish state, regions, municipalities, utility sectors, member organizations, and several private companies. His specialties include leadership, strategy, digital transformation, and everyday digitalization. He is particularly skilled at helping professional leaders understand what digital leadership entails and how to fulfill this leadership role effectively. 

Privately, Per is a family man, avid cyclist, art collector, and literature enthusiast.
