Niels Abildgaard Jørgensen
As a business psychologist, Niels is passionate about developing a healthy psychological work environment where high levels of well-being and motivation contribute to better organizational results. He has a particular focus on ensuring the well-being of leaders and employees during change processes and on strengthening workplace culture and psychological safety. A hallmark of Niels’s approach is his foundation in theory, which he carefully adapts and tailors to each leader’s specific practice and context.
Niels excels at building trusting relationships and is known for being present, appreciative, and attentive in his interactions.
He also conducts individual development programs, where through coaching, sparring, and advising, he helps leaders enhance their leadership practice and succeed in their roles. Niels coaches leaders at all levels and has, among others, coached several department heads during his work as HR Development Partner in the Greenlandic Self-Government.
Niels is deeply committed to developing effective leadership teams that create value for individual leaders, the leadership group as a whole, and the wider organization. He has experience developing executive leadership teams from his work as HR Development Partner in Greenland, where he designed and facilitated several leadership seminars for both the department head group and the entire leadership of the Greenlandic Health Service.

Niels holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Aarhus University, where he specialized in the prevention and management of work-related stress. He has led the project consultants at LEAD and has completed numerous courses and certifications, including the Leader Versatility Index (LVI), Development of Effective Leadership Teams, Professional Change Management and Process Consultation, as well as the Thomas International DISC and GIA assessments.
