Nanna serves as a Chief Consultant at LEAD. Her passion, strengths, and experience lie in learning, leadership, team and culture development, and change and project management. Her specialty is helping people and organizations reach their full potential.

Nanna has 10 years of experience as an external consultant at firms including Implement and Intenz, and the cornerstone of her work is facilitating people, teams, departments, and organizations through development and change. This includes organizational growth, implementing new ways of working, mergers, and embedding new strategies.

She helps organizations translate strategy and organizational needs into concrete initiatives and programs. She designs, drives, and facilitates learning and development processes that build competencies and support behavioral and cultural change across small- and large-scale transformations. She has a particular interest in helping leaders and employees translate their new learning into tangible behavior. As a facilitator, Nanna is inspiring, and her focus is on supporting and motivating leaders and employees to change behavior and mindset in ways that lead to successful implementation, change, and embedding.

Her core perspective is that we create successful and sustainable change by translating strategy into concrete behavior while strengthening leadership and ownership. This requires clear direction, a strong connection to the organization’s goals and purpose, and frameworks that support the desired behavior.
