As a former Special Advisor at the LEGO Foundation and Change Manager at ACT Alliance, he has played a key role in strategic planning, organizational transformation, and high-level facilitation.
Morten Emil has advised a broad portfolio of international organizations, including ActionAid, Danida, Oxfam, Save the Children, the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), and the Norwegian Church Aid.
