Michael Søby Andersen

Michael is the Head of Secretariat with responsibility for executive support, personnel matters, efficient workflows and cross-organizational knowledge sharing, office operations, development, as well as internal change processes. In short: everything from strategy development to keeping an eye on the office plants so they don’t dry out – and everything in between. Michael is also responsible for the recruitment process when we at LEAD are looking for new colleagues.
