Mette Tange Vestergård

Mette possesses extensive knowledge and over 15 years of practical experience in organizational development and change leadership. 

She is passionate about ensuring effective implementation and anchoring of initiatives – whether related to digitalization efforts, new workflows, or other development projects. 

Mette has broad sector experience from roles as an internal consultant and project manager across the public sector, including positions within national government, municipalities, the Local Government Denmark (KL), and ATP. 

On a daily basis, she works with training, public speaking, and consulting for both private and public organizations. 

Previously, Mette served as a project manager at ATP, where she focused on organizational implementation of major new IT systems and agile transformation. She has experience in quality and improvement management and is particularly dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within and across teams. 

Mette has solid expertise as a process leader, facilitating workshops for groups of varying sizes – from small teams to entire organizations – in both virtual and hybrid formats. She is known for creatively integrating new approaches into process design and facilitation. 

She has been part of leadership teams responsible for large employee groups, giving her firsthand insight into the daily complexities of balancing operational management with development initiatives. 

Earlier in her career, Mette worked as a chief consultant at KL, leading consultancy projects with municipal leadership teams focused on process improvement and leadership development programs. She has a special talent for building trusting relationships and is professionally committed to fostering collaborative environments and ensuring motivation. 

In recent years, Mette has worked extensively with agile transformation, holding roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Release Train Engineer (RTE). 

She is a certified SPC (Scaled Agile Framework Program Consult) and has taught agile methodologies as well as developed related educational concepts. 

Mette also holds a Master’s degree in Process Leadership and Organizational Change from Aalborg University and has experience in systemic coaching and professional dialogue facilitation.
