Mejse Hasle

Mejse is a business psychologist, PhD in organizational psychology, and Leadership consultant at LEAD. With strong psychological expertise and a present, co-creative approach, she works to strengthen well-being and mental health in workplaces, develop leadership capacity, and create conditions that support collaboration and sustainable task resolution.

Her areas of work include well-being and psychological work environment, leadership development, organizational culture, and the development of attractive workplaces.

Mejse is a recognized voice and communicator in the debate on flexibility in the workplace and has since 2022 been researching how organizations can lead and organize flexible ways of working. She advises both private and public organizations on flexible working life and facilitates presentations and dialogue processes on the topic.

She specializes in leadership development for both new and experienced leaders and serves as a permanent lecturer on the Diploma in Leadership at the Danish Confederation of Managers (Ledernes Hovedorganisation). In this role, she supports leaders in reflecting on their personal leadership and in developing competencies that promote well-being, a positive work environment, and a conscious approach to organizational culture.

Alongside her position at LEAD, Mejse participates in research within the Strategy and Leadership Development group at DTU (Denmark’s Technical University).

In her work, she is particularly focused on:

Psychosocial work environment and well-being
Are you systematically working on your psychosocial work environment, and do you have the right tools to strengthen well-being, prevent stress, and address work environment challenges?

Leadership development and leader wellbeing
Do your leaders have the competencies and conditions needed to both deliver strong results and support employee wellbeing and collaboration – while also having their own wellbeing supported?

Culture and collaboration in organizations
What strengths and blindsides characterize your organizational culture, and how can you work more consciously with your culture to strengthen collaboration, learning, and psychological safety?

Leadership and organization of flexible ways of working
How do you create attractive and flexible ways of working that both attract and retain employees, while balancing flexibility, community, and task solving?
