Maja Nyboe Bjerrehuus

Maja is a highly experienced consultant with strong expertise in leadership development and organizational development. She has several years of experience in end-to-end design and execution of leadership development programs, training, and change processes. Her approach draws on business psychology practice, philosophy, and pragmatism to develop leaders and organizations toward greater balance, effectiveness, and efficiency in leadership. 

With years of experience as a trained coach, Maja has developed many leaders toward more impactful leadership, especially focusing on creating balanced leadership within a reflective practice. Her starting point is always the individual leader, the team’s, and the organization’s strengths and potentials. 

Maja is the lead specialist for the Leadership Versatile Index (LVI) – a 360-degree leadership evaluation that maps a leader’s balances and imbalances across leadership styles and fosters development of the leader’s (and organization’s) mindset about leadership in the specific context in which the leader must succeed.

Furthermore, Maja is known for building trusting relationships with partners and is dedicated to integrating her practical experience and theoretical knowledge so they can be linked to strategic needs and concrete practice – with great empathy, impact, and curiosity.
