Laust Søndertoft Pedersen

Laust works with leadership and organizational development in both private and public sector organizations. He has a background as an business psychologist and brings experience as both an internal and external consultant across all organizational levels. 

Laust typically engages in large-scale leadership development programs, supporting leaders in achieving strategic objectives. He has designed and facilitated development processes for leaders aiming to succeed with agile transformations, strengthen customer focus and collaborative cultures, or advance their organization’s commitment to becoming more purpose-driven and sustainable. 

Laust is an industrial PhD fellow at Aalborg University. His research explores how new agile organizational forms in the financial sector impact motivation, well-being, and performance – and what it takes to ensure optimal coexistence between new and more traditional organizational models.
