At LEAD, Kirstine works as a project consultant in culture, society, and global challenges. In this role, she handles a wide range of tasks that support consultants’ daily work. This includes project management, customer contact, and facilitating workshops, webinars, and keynotes.

In addition to her work, Kirstine is pursuing a master’s degree in psychology at Aarhus University. There, she is building a strong theoretical understanding of human behavior, especially in work and organizational psychology. Kirstine’s professional interests are broad but mainly focus on social and personality psychology, including group dynamics and individual drivers at work.

Kirstine has previously worked as a student lecturer at the university, where she gained valuable experience in understanding and communicating complex psychological concepts. Therefore, she is particularly passionate about translating complex psychological content into clear, practice-oriented formats that add value for those involved.

Kirstine translates her academic knowledge into practice and develops concrete competencies in collaboration with both consultants and customers – always with curiosity, commitment, and an eye for the relational.
