Kim Martin Nielsen
Kim has 22 years of experience as a coach, consultant, and educator across a range of fields – with leadership and professional dialogue as the central focus. His core expertise lies in leadership development. This often builds on the Leadership Pipeline model, where Kim works with clarifying leadership profiles, transitions into new leadership roles, and strengthening collaboration across leadership teams and levels. Executive coaching and the development of high-performing leadership teams are also among Kim’s central strengths.
Kim’s typical clients include actors working to support organizational change, learning, and quality in task execution – such as leadership teams, HR departments, and other consultancy-oriented functions.
