Josefine Dilling Linneberg

Josefine is a trained psychologist and works as a leadership consultant at LEAD. She grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, artists, and storytellers, and this creativity-filled upbringing has shaped the guiding thread throughout her diverse career. 

As a student, she lived on three different continents and conducted research on body ideals. After completing her master’s degree in psychology, Josefine continued at the university as a lecturer, external associate professor, and research assistant for Professor Lene Tanggaard, focusing on learning environments, organizational development, and creativity. 

Alongside her academic work, Josefine founded her own private psychology practice with a focus on supporting young people experiencing mental distress. She used her affiliation with Aalborg University and the research group Qualitative Studies, led by Professor Svend Brinkmann, to co-author articles – together with sociologist Anders Petersen – on her practical experience with therapy and the pressures of performance culture.

She particularly handles complex development processes – the kinds of challenges that doesn’t come with a simple label and require deep insight, alternative perspectives, and new solutions.
