Jørgen is one of LEAD’s specialists in the working environment and MED – the regional and municipal cooperation system.

Management and communication have played a central role in his working life.

For 30 years, he has worked on developing cooperation and training management and employee representatives within the work environment, as well as in MED committees.

Jørgen links theory and practice and sees great potential in formal collaboration between management and employees to benefit the workplace’s core task. He is happy to inspire managers to include workplace strategic development in collaboration and thus gain more benefit from the MED work.

He has 20 years of experience as a manager in emergency preparedness and the municipal elderly sector and has worked for several years as a development consultant in a municipal HR department, primarily focusing on MED, working environment, and management.
