Johanne Merrild Schrøder is employed by LEAD as a project consultant, working from the office in Copenhagen. Johanne is affiliated with the management development area, where she supports the consultants in their daily work. Her primary role is to support Senior Consultant Mickey Riis.

Johanne studies psychology at the University of Copenhagen. With its academic breadth, the psychology program has given her broad theoretical knowledge of people’s well-being and behavior, as well as deeper insight into work and organizational psychology. This knowledge and insight, Johanne brings to bear in her problem-solving at LEAD – enter next level.

Johanne is particularly interested in leadership development, psychological safety, and what motivates and creates effective and committed employees.
