Ida Marie Thulstrup Pedersen

Ida Marie holds a master’s degree in psychology from Aarhus University and works as a leadership consultant at LEAD. She focuses particularly on leadership development, improving the psychosocial work environment, as well as agendas with regards to diversity, culture, and equality. Ida Marie also serves as team leader for LEAD’s student workers, managing their development, recruitment, onboarding, and well-being. 

Having been with LEAD for several years, Ida Marie has broad experience as a consultant across various sectors and fields, working with public, governmental, and private clients. She approaches every assignment with a curious mindset towards the client’s needs, wishes, and realities. She combines this with the latest knowledge and tools within the field. 

As a leadership consultant, Ida Marie offers, among other things: 

• Presentations, webinars, and workshops aimed at inspiring, motivating, and supporting leaders, units, and organizations in their daily work and development processes 

• Individual coaching programmes 

• Teaching and project management of multiple large leadership development programmes 

• Development and implementation of tailored leadership and organizational development initiatives based on thorough organizational analyses 

Additionally, Ida Marie holds several professional and administrative project management roles at LEAD, including managing the leadership training on psychosocial work environment for the Association of Danish Municipalities, Danish Regions, and the Danish Employers’ Association, as well as leading LEAD’s internal HR initiatives related to managing the student workers.
