Georgina Fekete
Georgina is a changemaker with over 26 years of international leadership experience from the United Nations (UN), Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), the Forward Institute, and the European Commission, working at the intersection of corporate, public, and social sectors. She helps leaders and organisations navigate complex challenges, drive systemic change and develop leadership to support change.
She has worked at a senior leadership level at the UN in Africa and at HQ; run large strategic health programmes in Africa and Asia at CIFF; and facilitated a network, and run leadership programmes for 700 senior leaders from the UK’s most influential public, private and social sector organisations, while at the Forward Institute. She supports senior executive teams to build trust and connection, navigate the complexities of power and influence, supporting them with their individual and team leadership development to change culture and drive positive outcomes for teams and organisations. She thrives off helping others to get the best out of themselves and finding opportunities to energise groups and teams.
Georgina is also a Non-Executive Director within the National Health Service in the UK.
