Emma is employed as a project consultant in LEAD and is affiliated with the area of culture, society, and global challenges.

Daily, Emma is studying a master’s degree in psychology at Aarhus University and has a broad interest in mental well-being, including positive work environments, motivation, group dynamics, and stress management.

Emma has previous experience as a psychological coordinator at the Danish Business Psychology Association and as a volunteer conversation partner and chat counselor at the Center for Sexually Abused People.

Emma’s primary role in LEAD is to support consultants with administrative and professional tasks in management and organizational development. Relationships and progress drive Emma, and she always approaches new tasks with a go-getter attitude. Although Emma’s life is often busy with social activities and traveling, she remains detail-oriented and conscientious with colleagues, customers, and consultants. Her attention to detail shines when she takes on a new, challenging knitting project in her spare time.
