Cecilie Schultz Pedersen
Cecilie is a business psychologist specializing in well-being, sustainable performance, and mental health in the attractive workplace.
Under these themes, Cecilie works with public, private, and NGO clients on personal leadership, work-life balance, stress prevention, collaboration, and (leadership) team development. When relevant, she utilizes psychometric tools such as Hogan, NEO-PI, DiSC, Predictive Index, PAPI, and others.
Cecilie is also a sought after authorized occupational health and safety advisor. Within this ares she handles complex and challenging cases involving collaborative issues, conflicts, and bullying.
Cecilie graduated as a psychologist from the University of Copenhagen in 2016. Before joining LEAD – enter next level in 2023, she spent 10 years at IBM, where she held roles as an external consultant as well as an international senior leader responsible for both personnel and strategy in her area.
Cecilie’s keynotes are both entertaining and inspiring. She is invited to guest lecture at various universities across Denmark and often participates in podcasts. In 2021, Cecilie was selected as one of Berlingske’s Top 100 talents.
