Carl-Emil is employed as a project consultant in Aarhus. He works in organisational development and digitalisation, supporting consultants in their daily work.

Besides working at LEAD, Carl-Emil is studying Political science at Aarhus University. He has previously worked as an administrative employee in the Technique and Environment department at Aarhus municipality, where he facilitated presentations on urban strategic work and gained deep insight into the work of a public and political organisation.

Furthermore, Carl-Emil has a background as a professional Hip-Hop dancer, having competed at both national and international levels.
