Betina has over 15 years of experience creating sustainable change in both private and public organizations. She has broad expertise as a DEI and leadership consultant, speaker, facilitator, coach, and team leader. Previously, she held strategic responsibility for the DEI agenda at Danske Bank as Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, and she has also worked for several years as an HR and learning consultant.

Betina’s educational background in organizational psychology provides her with a unique approach to DEI shaped by the dynamics between the individual and the organization.
