Astrid Kilt-Lindblad

Astrid is driven by development and by helping people and organizations succeed. In her most recent role as a learning specialist and leadership advisor at The LEGO Foundation, she worked to strengthen the organization’s capacity – covering areas such as organizational transformation, strategic implementation processes, culture development, inclusion and diversity, well-being, and leadership development. Astrid also brings experience from a chief leadership position in Aalborg Municipality’s Department of Education, where she was responsible for collaboration and innovation. Prior to that, she spent 10 years as a consultant and chief consultant at Cubion and the Center for Public Competence Development.

Astrid is creative, innovative, and development-oriented in everything she does. She is passionate about designing and tailoring learning processes as well as advising, coaching, and leading people, processes, and organizations toward their desired goals and visions. She views digitalization as an integral part of learning and development.

“Learning is living.” That belief is reflected in Astrid’s academic background, which includes a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in Learning and Change Processes with a specialization in leadership from Aalborg University. She has also studied Coaching and Leadership at University College Zealand, completed a masterclass in Leading Digital Transformation, and holds certifications in Hogan, Belbin, NEO PI-R, and Situational Leadership.

In addition, Astrid serves as an external examiner at the Department of Culture and Learning at Aalborg University and is a member of its advisory board, where she contributes to bridging the gap between education and working life.
