Anne Kirstine Bach Kristensen

Anne Kirstine is a psychologist and leadership consultant at LEAD – enter next level. She works with leadership and organizational development. Her focus is improving psychological work environments across sectors and industries.

Through teaching, facilitation, advisory work and individual coaching, Anne Kirstine supports employees, leaders, teams and organizations. She helps build stronger collaborative cultures with high psychological safety, open feedback and continuous learning. She emphasizes that this approach improves well-being, motivation, effectiveness and results. It also supports attraction and retention, benefiting both individuals and organizations.

Anne Kirstine has experience designing and leading initiatives. These initiatives help leaders and organizations systematically identify, manage and prevent stress and poor well‑being.

In her role as a leadership consultant, Anne Kirstine is responsible for tasks such as:

• Talks and workshops that inspire, motivate and support teams, units and organizations in development processes. These combine cutting‑edge knowledge, experience sharing, dialogue and practical tools.

• Individual coaching programs focused on personal leadership, leadership impact and leadership development.

• Teaching and project management on major leadership development programs, including FLIPA and FUPA. She also works on the ‘Training Program in Leading the Psychosocial Work Environment’ for municipal leaders.

• Development of toolkits and intervention packages to help leaders and organizations strengthen leadership and improve psychological work environments.

Anne Kirstine manages LEAD’s internal professional focus area on ‘Psychological Work Environment and Well‑being’. She is in the process of obtaining authorization as a licensed psychologist.
