Anika Mergen Hee

Anika is a Leadership Consultant at LEAD and is based at our Copenhagen office. She is also part of LEAD’s internal support team, where she works closely with the executive management group to help optimize internal processes, and contribute to various HR work – including the onboarding of new employees. 

Anika also works with consulting, project management, and analysis for both public and private sector organizations. She is an ISO-certified project manager with experience managing both large and small-scale projects. In addition, she holds several internal professional and administrative project management roles at LEAD, including within LEAD’s crisis and scandal response unit. She also brings several years of experience in executive and leadership support roles.  

Anika has worked as a consultant at LEAD – Enter Next Level, Consultify Europe, and ASL Consulting, where she has provided advisory services across various industries and disciplines in both the public and private sectors. Her passion lies in helping individuals and teams unlock their potential and better understand their strengths and areas for development. Anika’s academic background equips her to navigate and address complex challenges in organizational development, organizational psychology, and leadership. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Learning from Aalborg University and an MSc in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School.
