Andreas Fricke Møller
Andreas is a Partner at LEAD and specializes in how broader societal trends influence the way organizations are led and structured. He advises both public and private organizations as well as major global institutions such as the UN.
Andreas believes that effective leadership and organizational design are essential to addressing many of today’s most complex challenges – especially in a world marked by increasing complexity and unpredictability. Strong leadership and well-aligned organizational setups are often decisive in whether complex problems are successfully addressed
In practice, Andreas frequently designs large-scale and complex organizational and leadership development initiatives. He is also a sought-after keynote speaker at seminars, conferences, and similar events. In his engagements and talks, Andreas focuses in particular on topics such as organizing and leading complex problem-solving, leadership and organization of innovational processes, organizational transformation, systemic change, leadership in digitalization and artificial intelligence, cross-organizational and cross-sector collaboration, among other areas.
Andreas actively contributes to his field through various publications and co-authored works, most recently his new book “Vild velfærd – Håndter komplekse samfundsproblemer I praksis (Wild Welfare – Managing Complex Societal Problems in Practice) (Djøf Publishing, 2024). The book is only available in Danish. He has also published over 25 articles in professional journals and newspapers, as well as e-books, podcasts, and webinars.
In addition, Andreas serves as an external lecturer at Aalborg University – Department of Politics and Society, where he teaches and supervises students in these subject areas.
